PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS PROGRAM
Ages 3 to 5: Children in this group will work on gross motor, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills with primary emphasis on gymnastics skills.

GYMNASTICS PROGRAM
This program is for school age boys and girls ages 6 and up. Classes are divided according to age and skill level. Instruction is provided on all Olympic events plus trampoline, mini-tramp, and double mini-tramp. We are on a progression system, which allows each gymnast to work at his or her own pace and allows the instructor to monitor his or her progress closely.

CHEERLEADER TUMBLNG
These classes are for girls in grades 1-5 and girls and boys in grades 6-12 who are interested in becoming cheerleaders, are already cheerleaders, or just want to learn how to tumble. Students will work on floor, using the mini-tramp, tumble trak, and trampoline as teaching aids, with primary emphasis on tumbling skills.

COMPETITIVE TEAMS
We have competitive teams for both boys and girls. Proficiency of certain skills is required before a gymnast will be allowed to be on a team. Those interested but not quite ready to compete can participate in pre-team program.
 
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
As an alternative to day care for school age kids, we pick up from many area schools.
Instead of an afternoon of TV, we will give them two hours per week of gymnastics instruction, additional free time on the equipment, and lots of physical activity. In addition to these indoor activities we also have a two-acre outdoor playground paradise with tree swings, climbing trees and forts, an open field for soccer, football, etc. For inclement weather days we have on upstairs game area with pool tables, foosball, video games, etc.

 SUMMER CAMP
As an extension of our after school program we offer an all-day summer camp for school age children. The day is filled with physical activity and includes gymnastics, indoor and outdoor games and sports, field trips, and more. We are extremely flexible as to the number of days or weeks attended, with payment being only for what is signed up for.

SKILL MEETS
In addition to a competitive team, we also offer those in classes an opportunity to compete in skill meets. In a skill meet each gymnast competes only against him or herself by performing a series of skills on each event. Doing the skills without help earns a blue ribbon, while needing assistance earns a red ribbon. A gymnast who earns all blue ribbons will also receive a trophy and must move up to the next level at the next skill meet. For those interested in competing some day, skill meets are an excellent opportunity to get the feel of performing before an audience. They are also great for every child's self esteem and allow parents unable to observe classes to see what their child has learned.

OPEN GYM
Once every four weeks on a Friday night or Saturday we will have on open gym time for all our school age students. This is supervised free time, and will not be a class-like situation, nor will the 8:1 student/teacher ratio be maintained. This is an opportunity to make up for missed classes or just extra practice time.

MAKE UP CLASSES
Since preschoolers are not allowed to attend open gym due to safety factors, there will be a make-up session for only those who have been absent. Signing up for the make-up is required.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
We offer gymnastics birthday parties on the weekends. There are several options for parties, one of which includes our 54-ft. long inflatable obstacle course. Please call for more information or to schedule a party.

FEE SCHEDULE
Tuition is due during the fourth week of every session for the following 4-week session. There is a $2.50 late fee per week after that week. There is also an initial registration fee of $20 for one child and $30 for two or more.
